Refund Policy
Shipping
The processing time to make wigs can be between 14-21 working days, then they will be shipped. The processing time for virgin bundles are approximately 5 working days, if they are not in the ready to ship collection. The processing time for raw bundles are between 7-14 working days, if they are not in the ready to ship collection.'Ready to ship' are shipped the same day or next working day, where possible.
There are occasionally wigs, extensions in stock that have not been uploaded, so feel free to ask on live chat, as you never know.
Shipping Method
Wigs are shipped using the next day tracked, recorded & signage delivery method (protected up to the value your goods up to £1000). Non-wig items are shipped 1st class and are also protected up to the value of £50. Redirected post will not be covered by Royal mail and is at your own risk. All orders placed will only be shipped to home billing address to avoid fraudulent orders (billing and shipping address must be the same).
Delayed package
Hairslayed.ldn will do all it can to help you track your items and make a claim for a full refund from delivery service, but is not responsible for delayed or lost items a replaceable will not be sent as all pieces are custom.
Shipping Costs
Your shipping fee will be included in your total order, shipping costs are non-refundable, and will be deducted in the case of a refund. In the case of shipping goods back, and they are deemed to not be faulty, you will need to cover there costs for it to be reshipped.
Shipping a wig in to be customised/ revamped/ wigs made
Please note, It is your duty to ensure that you use a protected method when shipping your wig into our PO Box. For Uk customers if you choose royal mail, we recommend to always use special recorded delivery, and let them know the value of your goods. Reason being this allows you chance to be covered if it goes missing. Always keep your receipt. It will be your duty to pay the shipment fee when sending and receiving. For our international customers please use the safest option, and again please let them know the value of your goods, so you are covered incase it goes missing in transit.
Please ensure that your shipping and billing address are they same, or your order will be refunded. If you use a credit card and we are aware our order will be refunded * Please note when you use discount codes your unit will come with Transparent lace. not HD
Returns- products & Accessories
Non hair items items in our ‘xtra slay’ section are valid for a refund from 14 days (including weekends), from it being received. However after this Time no refund will be valid. The item must been the same condition & unused, or deemed faulty, once it is returned we will check the goods and handle the matter accordingly.
Returns- Wigs
Hairslayed.ldn takes pride in providing our customers with natural looking, 100% human wigs, wether they are customised units or ready to ship. With that being said customer satisfaction is a high priority us, and/or wigs go through quality control checks to ensure prior to shipping they are in perfect condition, and styled to your request (if specified at checkout). Please ensure that when purchasing your wig, you are sure of your purchase it’s your responsibility, to ensure that you certain of the bespoke order you choose as refunds are not valid. Refunds will not be valid for hygiene reasons, but also because of the time and craft it takes to perfect the custom wigs for your specifics wants. Wigs that have had the lace pre-cut, will not be valid for a refund as this request is personal. Hairslayedldn is not responsible for the wig or its where about, after it has been returned to you. All sales are final.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email that notifies you that we have received it. Within the coming days we will confirm if your refund is approved or rejected. Please note, it is your responsibility to ship the wig using a method, that is secure and covers the value of the goods, in case it goes missing during transportation.
In the circumstances that it is approved, your refund will be processed and returned to original method of payment within a few working days.

What about custom wigs?
Custom wigs are wigs that are not ready to ship and will be made from scratch for you- non refundable. Please note if you see a wig you like, and it is a closure but you would prefer a frontal, a frontal wig can be made (vice versa). Although you must understand this can make the style look slightly different.
What about Ready to ship wigs?
Ready to ship wigs, are wigs in stock, already styled and packaged- All sales are final.
Can I exchange? (If applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@hairslayedldn.com
What are faults?
Faults would be an issue with the wig/s (wrong wig) We would need to assess the wig, the wig must be unused. Once it’s returned and if we agree, only in these circumstances you will be offered a refund or exchange where needed. We always aim to make replicas as similar as possible, if you have any concerns, we will aim to fix the wig where possible (colouring/ incorrect density). Please note, we must be made aware of faults within 14 days (including weekends), Please also note you have one time to send your wig in for an amended (within reason- due to a fault of ours) for free.
No fault found (If applicable)
In the case that you are denied a refund and your item is shipped back to you (you will be liable for the shipping fee), hairslayed.ldn is no longer responsible for the whereabouts of the wig once it has been shipped again, it is your responsibility. Please note when you ship you wig, we recommend you ship it using the most protected method including the value of the goods (we use royal mail, you an use ay service youare happy to.
When will my order be processed?
Your order will start being processed immediately. Once your order is made, an invoice/ confirmation email will be sent.

The Luxe Virgin wigs are made using high quality Virgin hair, which allows you to have the wig for 2-3 years with good care.
The Créme de la créme (one donor) luxury wigs are used with raw double drawn hair and can last 5years+ with care.
The Créme de la créme (mixed donor) luxury wigs are used with raw double drawn (consists of more shorter strands) can last 3years+ with care.
